A New Beginning
So, here we are. Since it appears that my life is taking on a whole new direction and meaning. As seems to be the modern way it occurs to me that sharing this with world+dog can only be a bad idea and is therefore something I shall do straight away. Right... Blogging. I'll give that a go then shall I?
Of course, it was never meant to be this way. After 4 years of being single I had more or less either, given up hope of meeting the right Woman or dodged several well aimed bullets depending on your point of view. Yup, confirmed Bachelorhood was going to be my lot. Of course, having decided that, it all changed. Quickly and without warning. You see, I had a rather brilliant idea. I like bikes, I own a bike, I sometimes even ride my bike. So it seemed natural to have a look at the outside world and see what was happening so I decided to put my hand up and see if the Vic Club who run the winter Race series could do with some help making sure the racers could tell which way round track they should ride. So I did something not natural... (no not that) I volunteered.
If you have read this far. Part 2 is in the works.
